Please note, we generally only accept bookings from people who are not mission workers two months or less in advance of the dates you wish to stay. This is in order to give priority to mission workers. Exceptions are sometimes made if your requested dates neatly dovetail with existing bookings. You are welcome to submit your request early to be added to our waiting list.

Data Protection
All data you provide to Shunem Trust will be stored in the Shunem Trust database. It will only be used by Shunem Trust to communicate with you and facilitate your enquiry. It will never be shared with a third party. When requested, we are legally obliged to provide you with a copy of your personal data. We will delete your data if requested.

What happens next?

If your booking enquiry meets all the criteria for your booking to be processed now (see our Booking Policy for details), we will first get in touch with your referee and then contact you about your booking.

If your booking enquiry does not meet all the criteria for your booking to be processed now (see our Booking Policy for details), you will be put on the waiting list and contacted if/when this changes.

While you are on the waiting list you can monitor the calendar for the house you are enquiring about to see the current availability.

After submitting your booking enquiry form you should receive an email containing all the information you entered and details of the booking process. If you do not receive it, please email [email protected].
